Whatever questions or uncertainties you have about your research data, we’re here to help. Whether you’re just starting to plan a project, stuck on how to organize your files, or wondering where (and whether) you should publish your data, your Data Stewards are your first point of contact.

Data Stewards offer domain-specific research data support for the (digital) humanities, covering the entire data lifecycle, from planning to publication and beyond.

Services

  • Feedback on Data Management Plans (DMPs) for SNSF, EU, and other funders
  • Support in complying with regulatory and legal requirements, as well as with policies and guidelines of research funding agencies
  • Advice on file organization, documentation, data formats, and standards
  • Guidance on data protection and secure handling of personal data, e.g. in interview studies
  • Support in deciding which data can, should, or must be published, and where
  • Support with your research data submission on BORIS Portal
  • Workshops and training on research data management topics
  • General consultation on any question related to handling your research data
